We are a small, senior team based in New Zealand. We chose not to scale into a large operation because we have seen what happens when MSPs grow too fast - clients become ticket numbers, senior people get replaced by juniors, and quality quietly erodes.
Instead, we stayed small. We stayed senior. And we chose to focus on professional services firms where we do our best work - legal, financial, and advisory businesses where trust and discretion are not optional.

Ross oversees service delivery, support operations, and client experience, with a strong technical foundation and certifications across ITIL and Microsoft technologies.
